Email Subscriptions & Access to The Flower Files

By signing up for access to The Flower Files hub, or buy a product, you agree to be added to our email list, where we share seasonal updates, helpful tips, and stories from the flower patch. This is part of the membership to the hub — and you can unsubscribe at any time. We’ll never share your details, and we keep things relevant, beautiful, and worth your while.

Shipping and Delivery

Currently, we only deliver to the United Kingdom. However, until we sort out new regulations we are also, unfortunately, unable to ship to Northern Ireland.

Shipping is dependant on the weight and size.
For most items shipping will be free, unless it is big and bulky or particularly heavy. The price of shipping for any of these items will be indicated on the product.

Standard shipping usually allows for up to 3 business days for dispatch and is between 2-4 business days for delivery. However, if the item is made to order then the dispatch time may be longer than this during our busier times. If this is the case, we will notify you of the expected dispatch times.

A Local Pickup option is available, which means that you can collect your order from our Studio at Horsehill, Pentrecoed, Ellesmere, Shropshire SY12 9EB.

We do no not provide local deliver at this time, but if you have a particular request then please contact us at support@brambleandbeyond.com to see if we can assist.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@brambleandbeyond.com. If your return is accepted, it is your responsibility to return the item to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
